Sarah Oakley Wallis

I'm Sarah, a NIMH registered medical herbalist and HCPC registered clinical psychologist based in Sheffield.

I am passionate about plant medicine, and my practice is rooted in the deep belief that true healing happens when we address mind, body and environment together.

I graduated with distinction in my Diploma in Herbal Medicine after studying for five years with Heartwood Education. The training incorporated in depth study of anatomy, pathophysiology, pharmacology, diagnostic skills, biochemistry, botany, nutrition and the science and tradition of herbal medicine, with 500 hours clinical practice.

I am a doctor of clinical psychology with over 30 years’ experience in mainstream mental health services and education, and I am an accredited cognitive analytic therapy practitioner.

I offer individual herbal medicine consultations, holistic psychotherapy, nature-based therapy, and seasonal wild medicine walks in small groups.

I use consulting rooms in Heeley, Meersbrook, Nether Edge and Sharrow for in-person consultations in Sheffield.
